About Us
JR & Co. (Urban) is an Urban and Regional Planning practice based in Sydney, Australia. It was established in early 2015 by John Riordan. The practice provides town planning services to projects in New South Wales and across the following sectors:
Urban development
Commercial, residential, retirement, mixed use, retail and master planned precincts.
Infrastructure
Health, aviation, metro-rail, civil and social housing projects.
Government
Land divestment, independent planning assessment and peer review.
The practice also has a direct professional association with the architecture and urban design practice Studio GL. Therefore, we can uniquely link urban and regional planning services with urban design, architecture and community engagement if and where required by a client.
