Planning Applications include Part 3A 75Ws, Part 5 Review of Environmental Factors, Complying Development Applications, State Significant Development Applications (SSD), S4.55 Modifications, Statement of Environmental Effects (DAs), Complying Development Certificates. In addition, innovative policies for signage and Acoustic Management for retail tenancies was also etablished.

Since 2015, some 250 planning applications have been managed by JR & Co (Urban).
