Planning Management of the retail development and artworks components of this urban renewal site in inner Sydney, including coordination of multiple planning applications, approval strategy, Local and State government liaison as well as establishment of Signage and Acoustic policies for retail tennancies. Planning Applications include S4.55 Modifications, Statement of Environmental Effects (DAs) and Complying Development Certificates. Since 2017, some 100 planning applications have been managed.
