Planning services to prepare a Planning Proposal (Rezoning) to support amendments to the Parramatta Local Environmental Plan for the redevelopment of the Western Sydney University North Parramatta Campus into a new mixed use residential suburb. Included working closely with Parramatta Council Strategic Planners to achieve the right outcome for the site.
